About Me

I received my Ph.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Haifa and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University in New York. I am currently a senior faculty member in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Braude College in Israel.  My research interests encompass international, comparative, and cross-cultural human resource management, which I investigate at different levels. My work appears in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management Journal, the International Journal of Human Resource Management, and more.  I participate in several international research initiatives and networks and represent Israel in the GLOBE project, the CRANET Network of International Human Resource Management, the AOM HR International Ambassadors Program, and EU COST Actions. I am also an area editor at the European Management Review journal and served on several academic journals' editorial boards
