Autonomous Satellite Situational Awareness

When satellite operators say they perform "Space Situational Awareness," they mean they are tracking other satellites and space debris objects, computing and considering the threats to their assets. In this project, we are creating a "Self-aware" satellite in the same sense. A satellite that would keep track of threats in its vicinity, compute the risk, and maneuver autonomously should the need arise.
